I deleted photos, but my free space didn't change.

iOS keeps deleted photos and videos in Recently Deleted for 30 days. To free the space now, open the Photos app, tap Collections, then Recently Deleted, unlock with Face ID or your passcode, tap Select, then Delete All.

Can Clenoa delete something without asking?

No. Every photo and video deletion goes through Apple's confirmation dialog, and items go to Recently Deleted first. For contacts, Clenoa asks before every change and saves a backup you can restore under Settings > Contact Backups.

Why does Clenoa say some photos couldn't be checked?

With iCloud Photos “Optimize iPhone Storage” on, some originals are stored only in iCloud. Clenoa never downloads your photos to scan them, so it skips those.

Can Clenoa clear app caches or “System Data”?

No app can: iOS doesn't allow it. Clenoa cleans your photos, videos and contacts. For other space, see “More Ways to Free Space” in the app, with steps for offloading apps, Messages and Safari.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open Clenoa, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Clenoa Premium, then Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from Clenoa under Settings > Manage Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does Clenoa upload my photos or contacts?

No. Everything is checked on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
